Cancellation Policy
Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will result in the forfeiture of any one prepaid package session, voucher, gift card, or certificate credit; otherwise, a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service amount will be incurred for any other appointment, with a minimum cancellation fee of $30. Future appointments booked may also require prepayment.
